At Hashing, we are committed to delivering premium products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

  • The item shows no signs of damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products that have been used or worn.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an exchange if approved.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Wait for exchange approval before returning the item.

  4. Once the returned item passes inspection, we will ship the replacement product.

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Hashing are final. We do not offer refunds for any products.
